Who is this for?
This is for founders, product owners and small teams with a website or web app, including no-code builds, who want to see where users sign up, get stuck or leave. No analytics background is needed. If you only look at page views today, this is a good place to start. Teams of any size.
What do you need from me?
I need your PostHog project access or an invite, a link to your site or app, and a way to add a tracking script or code, such as site settings or repo access. A short note on your main goal helps too. If something is missing, I will tell you in plain words. Send me whatever you have.
How long will it take?
Basic usually takes 4 days, Standard 7 days and Premium 14 days after I receive your details. Timing depends on how fast you share access and feedback. If your project is bigger than the package, I will say so before you order, not halfway through the build. I confirm timing first.
Which platforms and tools work?
PostHog works on any site or app where a script or SDK can be added, such as Softr, Webflow, Bubble, Framer, WordPress or custom code. Some closed builders limit custom code, so I check your platform first. Alerts can go to Slack through Zapier, Make or n8n. Ask me before ordering.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Each package includes the revisions shown on its card, and they cover changes to what we agreed, like event names, funnel steps and dashboard layout. New features outside the original scope can be quoted as a small extra, so you always know the cost before any work starts. Simple.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Every order ends with a walkthrough video and a simple guide so you can read your own dashboards. I also answer follow-up questions about the build for a few days after delivery. If you want ongoing care, you can add the monthly maintenance extra whenever you like. Just ask me.
Is my users' data safe?
I only ask for the access needed to build, and I never copy or export user data. I avoid tracking sensitive details like passwords or payment info, and I can mask text in session replay. Please give me a login you can revoke after delivery. Privacy rules and consent banners are yours.
What results can I expect?
Most teams get a clear view of signups, activation and drop-off points within the first weeks, so decisions stop being guesses. I cannot promise growth numbers because every product is different. What I can promise is a tested setup, honest advice and a clear handover with no jargon.
What is not included?
I do not build or redesign your product, run ad campaigns or give legal advice on privacy rules. PostHog usage fees and any paid automation apps are yours. Large data migrations from another analytics tool and custom coded apps can be quoted as a custom offer, so please ask first.
