Yes, I need cPanel or WHM access to work. Send a temporary login and change the password after delivery. Your details are never shared.
What if the problem cannot be fixed?
If the issue is not fixable on your hosting plan, I tell you straight away, explain why, and you get a full refund.
Do you work on shared hosting or only VPS?
Both. Shared cPanel accounts, VPS and full WHM servers on CentOS, AlmaLinux, CloudLinux and Ubuntu.
