What do you need to get started?
WordPress Login access details. For your own safety, create a new admin user with a strong password, so you can disable the user after the optimization process have been completed. DIAMOND Package needs a Cloudflare account and access to your domain/DNS provider if you are not already registered.

We will check after & before results with GTmetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights.
Theme & plugins can affect site speed?
Yes, they are entirely responsible for your site loading speed most of the time. Nowadays, poor written plugins or themes are usually the most impactful variables on WordPress site's speed.
Hosting & server can affect site speed?
Definitely yes! Old configurations or very populated hostings are a real problem for site speed. I have gone so mad with most hosting solutions that I created my own managed hosting for clients! Custom NGINX, MariaDB & kernel build. If you are interest, please ask for more information.
