Professional scuba diving instructor working with beginner and certified divers in Spain. My experience includes delivering scuba courses and Discover Scuba Diving experiences, guiding certified divers, conducting briefings, equipment preparation, customer service and supporting day-to-day dive centre operations. Working directly with international customers has given me a strong understanding of how divers choose dive centres, courses and equipment, what information they need before booking, and what creates trust in a diving business. I also have practical experience with course presentation, customer enquiries, dive packages, equipment recommendations and the overall customer journey from first enquiry through to completing a dive or course.
