Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
No need! If your project fits within the package descriptions (5 seconds looping, specific color details), you can place the order directly. The requirements page will ask for everything we need to start.
Are script and voice-over included in the package?
The packages do not include a script or voice-over. Please provide them in the requirements section when ordering. If you don't have them, we offer an AI voice-over service (US/UK/AUS accents)
Are music and sound effects included?
Yes! Every package includes 100% royalty-free horror music and sound effects to enrich the atmosphere. If you already have your own specific audio, you can simply upload it when placing the order.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. We have a structured approval process (Storyboard > Animatic > Coloring > Final). Your careful review is essential at each stage. We offer revisions within each stage, but once a stage (e.g., Storyboard) is approved, we cannot go back and change it without an additional fee.
