I worked as a Haitian Creole Translator and InDesign Specialist on a 14,900+ word handbook, translating the content from English to Haitian Creole with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance. In addition to the translation, I handled the full document layout in Adobe InDesign, ensuring that the 42-page file maintained the original design, structure, and formatting. I conducted thorough proofreading and quality assurance to ensure consistency, correct terminology, and error-free content. I also reviewed and implemented client feedback, delivering revised files that aligned with agency standards while ensuring all text, tables, links, and visual elements were properly formatted for a professional, print-ready final document.
