Do you touch my live instance?
No. I work from reports, exports, a copy, or an invited user you control. Any live switch is quoted separately.

I cannot promise that. I show what I tested and what remains risky, so you decide with facts.
Do you handle database moves?
Basic and Standard flag them. Premium covers simple cases on a copy. Large or complex migrations need a custom quote.
