FAQ
What happens if my supplier's feed is late or breaks?
You get an alert straight away, by email or Slack, telling you which feed failed and when. The store keeps its last known stock instead of showing wrong numbers, and I fix the build free during your support period.
My supplier sends the stock file by email. Does that work?
Yes. I can read an emailed CSV attachment or a Google Sheet. If the file doesn't arrive by the time you set, you get an alert.
My supplier's SKUs don't match my Shopify variants. Is that a problem?
It's the most common problem, and it's why every project starts with a Stock Truth Audit that maps each variant to its supplier SKU. You get a mismatch report before anything goes live.
Will this change my live store or break existing orders?
I work on one safe test pass first and only update live stock after you approve the mapping. Existing orders aren't touched.
What does the AI support assistant do, and can it say something wrong to my customers?
It answers stock and order-status questions only, using your real-time store data. If it isn't sure, it hands the conversation to you. It's included in Premium and doesn't affect the stock sync.
What if it isn't working the way we agreed?
If your sync isn't running right within 14 days of kickoff and I have what I asked for from you, I keep working on it free until it works perfectly. During the first 30 days, if a feed failure goes unflagged by my alerts, I fix it free and extend your support by another 30 days.
Do I need to pay for extra tools?
The build runs on n8n. I'll tell you of any costs during the free stock check, before you order, so there are no surprises.
