HOW I WORK
I duplicate your theme before touching anything, so your live store never goes down mid-job. You see the changes on a preview link first. Once you approve, I publish.
I'll need collaborator access to your store, using Shopify's own system. No password sharing. I'll send the request.
Not sure which package? Message me with what's wrong and I'll tell you straight, including if the job is smaller than you think.

FAQ
Will my store go down while you work?
No. I duplicate your theme and work on the copy. Your live store is untouched until you approve the changes and I publish them.
Do you need my Shopify password?
Never. Shopify has a collaborator account system built for this. I send a request you approve from your own admin, and you can revoke it any time.
What if you cannot fix it?
I will tell you within the first few hours and cancel the order. I would rather lose the fee than leave you worse off than you started.
Do you work on themes I did not buy from you?
Yes. Any theme, free or paid, including heavily customised ones. Send me the store URL and theme name and I will confirm before you order.
