Website chat and Telegram in Basic, WhatsApp added in Standard, and more in Premium, depending on what your business uses.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes, WhatsApp needs an approved Meta business setup. I guide you through the steps, but approval and conversation fees are handled by Meta.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com and other tools that offer an API or integration.
Can customers reschedule or cancel?
Yes, in Standard and Premium. The calendar updates automatically.
What if the AI does not know an answer?
It is limited to the information you provide and told not to guess. When unsure, it hands over to a human or takes a message.
Can it speak other languages?
Yes. I work in English, French and Spanish, and the AI can reply in the language your customer writes in.
Can it take deposits or payments?
Premium can send a payment link through a supported provider such as Stripe or Paystack, depending on your region and account.
What running costs should I expect?
Your n8n hosting, AI usage fees and any WhatsApp conversation fees. These are paid to those providers, not to me.
Is customer data safe?
Credentials are shared through secure methods only. For clinics, the agent should not collect sensitive medical details unless we agree on this first.
Does it handle phone calls?
Not in this gig. Voice receptionists are more complex and can be quoted as a custom offer.
