Messy exports from your CRM, store or forms cost you hours every week. Send me the file and get back a clean, consistent, deduplicated spreadsheet, plus a change log that shows every row that was changed, merged or flagged. Nothing happens to your data behind your back.
What I clean:
- Duplicates: exact and near matches (same person, different spelling)
- Formats: dates, phone numbers, name casing, stray spaces and symbols
- Structure: split full names and addresses, merge or reorder columns to your template
- Validation: invalid emails, impossible dates and empty required fields are flagged, never silently deleted
- Merging: several exports into one master sheet
How it works:
- Send the file and tell me what counts as a duplicate and which formats you want.
- I profile the data and confirm the plan if anything is ambiguous.
- You get the cleaned Excel or CSV file, the change log and a short summary.
I use software and AI-assisted tooling for the heavy lifting and check every delivery by hand. Prefer a fully manual process? Tell me before ordering. Files are deleted 14 days after delivery. More than 10,000 rows? Message me for a custom offer.
FAQ
Will you delete any of my rows?
Never silently. Duplicates are merged with the surviving row noted, invalid rows are flagged in a column, and the change log lists every edit so you can undo anything.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Your files stay on my machine, are never shared or used to train anything, and are deleted 14 days after delivery unless you ask me to keep them.
Do you work with Google Sheets or files over 10,000 rows?
Yes to both. Share a copy of the Sheet or export it to Excel. For files over 10,000 rows, message me first and I will send a custom offer based on size.
