About this Gig
This gig is useful to convert unsorted, unformatted sales data in a fast comprehensible analysis panel. Sales data can be an outcome from SAP or other ERP software.
I will provide a VBA macro which can be easily run every time needed to update a sales result prospect.
Starting from a raw data file, Basic package delivers for a single salesman:
_Turnover for customer, sorted descending
_ABC analysis
_ABC Chart
_Final table with ABC and Pareto analysis
Standard package runs the Basic analysis for every different salesman included in raw data. Every salesman has a dedicated Excel sheet in the output file.
Premium package gives the possibility to split data for business line and have a final summary table with comparison actual sales Vs budget.

How many salesmen max?
Not fixed, but 20 should be the cap. Average request is 4 to 10 salesmen.
How many business lines to split within?
Given the result table is a 2D matrix in an Excel sheet, suggestion is to have max 2 or 3 business line groups (for instance: New Business and Service, or Standard and custom)
What about data privacy? Should I give you my sales data to build the macro on?
Customers can send masked data: source file shall be identical to final one, but numbers and names can be modified to hide real values and names
