I can review commercial contracts from a contractual and risk perspective. Where an issue requires specific advice on the laws of a jurisdiction outside my professional qualification, I will clearly identify that limitation and recommend obtaining local legal advice where appropriate.
What counts as a revision?
A revision applies to my original review based on the document initially submitted. A newly negotiated, substantially amended or replacement version of the contract may require a new order or additional service.
