I will optimize your sql server database and slow queries

About this gig
Your ASP NET Core application is throwing errors, an endpoint returns 500, or a query that used to be fast now takes thirty seconds. You need someone who finds the actual cause instead of guessing at it.
I fix bugs in ASP NET Core, C#, Web API and SQL Server applications. Most of my work is on code built by other people, so reading an unfamiliar codebase and finding what is really wrong is the normal job rather than the hard part.
What I fix:
Runtime errors, exceptions and crashes
Broken API endpoints and third party integrations
Slow SQL Server queries, reports and data problems
Authentication, session and permission issues
Entity Framework and migration errors
Angular problems caused by the backend
How it works. You send the error and access to the code. I reproduce it, fix it, and tell you what was actually causing it so the same thing does not come back next month.
I work with a small team, so anything larger than a single fix gets tested properly before I deliver it.
Not sure which package fits? Message me first with the error and I will tell you honestly, including if it is smaller than the package you were about to buy.

FAQ
Can you work on a project built by someone else?
Yes, that is most of what I do. I do not need the original developer and I will not tell you it needs a rewrite unless it genuinely does.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to the code, the exact error message or a screenshot, the steps to reproduce it, and whether it happens locally, on staging or only in production. That last detail solves a surprising number of bugs on its own.
What if the problem is bigger than the package I bought?
I tell you before I start, not after. If the scope is larger than expected you decide whether to continue, and I never add charges without agreeing them first.
