I assist businesses with CRM configuration, AI integrations, and automated customer management workflows. My work may include GoHighLevel, HubSpot, contact organization, lead capture, pipeline updates, appointment workflows, email follow-ups, and automated notifications. I also work with integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, and n8n to connect supported applications. My approach involves reviewing business requirements, checking available integrations, testing workflows, and ensuring that the agreed system supports the client's sales and customer management process.
