Do I need to already have a Shopify store, or can you set one up from scratch?
Both are fine. If you're starting from scratch, I'll build your store from the ground up. If you have an existing store, I'll audit and improve what's already there.
What's the difference between POD and dropshipping, and can you set up both?
POD (print-on-demand) means products are printed/made when ordered, using apps like Printful or Printify. Dropshipping sources ready-made products from suppliers like CJ Dropshipping or Zendrop. Yes, I can set up either one individually or combine both in the same store.
What's the difference between fulfillment setup and CRO work?
A POD/dropshipping setup connects your store to suppliers so products get made or sourced and shipped when ordered. CRO (conversion rate optimization) focuses on improving your store's design and flow so more visitors actually buy.
Do you design the store theme too?
