Can you design a BMS for lithium batteries?
Yes. I design BMS circuits for lithium ion, lithium polymer, and LiFePO4 chemistries covering single cell through to multi-cell series configurations with full protection circuits included.
Do you calculate trace widths for high current applications?
Yes. Every power board I design has trace widths properly calculated based on your current requirements and copper weight to ensure the board handles the load safely without overheating.
Can you design a multi-output power supply board?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages cover multi-output designs. Just specify each output voltage and current requirement in your order requirements.
What protection features can you include in a BMS design?
I can include overcharge protection, overdischarge protection, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, and temperature protection depending on your requirements and package tier.
Which fabrication houses are your Gerber files compatible with?
All of them. Files follow RS-274X industry standard format and are compatible with JLCPCB, PCBWay, OSHPark, Seeed Studio, and any other manufacturer worldwide.
Can you design for a specific board size or enclosure?
Yes. Provide your size constraints and mounting hole requirements in your order and I will design the board to fit your enclosure correctly.
What if I only have a general idea and no schematic?
The Standard and Premium packages include full schematic design from your specification. Just describe what you need the board to do and I will design it from scratch.
Will the board be tested or verified before delivery?
Every design goes through DRC checks and design review before delivery. Physical testing is not included as I deliver digital design files, but the designs are verified to be fabrication ready and electrically correct.
What do I do with the files once I receive them?
Upload the Gerber files directly to your chosen manufacturer — JLCPCB, PCBWay, or any other fab house. The BOM I provide makes component sourcing straightforward from suppliers like Mouser or DigiKey.
