FAQ
How do I know if my task is worth automating?
Rough rule: if it takes more than an hour a week and follows the same steps every time, it's worth it. If it changes every time and needs judgement, it usually isn't. Message me with what you do and I'll tell you straight.
Why not Zapier or Make?
Those tools are great until you hit their limits: complex logic, large volumes, or something they simply don't connect to. What I build has no limits like that, and no monthly subscription per task. The trade-off: it's not something you edit yourself in a visual editor.
Where does it run, and does it cost anything monthly?
On a server, usually yours or a small VPS costing a few euros a month. You own it. There's no per-task fee like with no-code platforms. Any AI usage is billed directly by the provider, and I'll give you the numbers upfront.
What happens if it breaks?
It tells you. I build in monitoring and automatic stops, so it stops rather than doing damage silently. That's the part most automations get wrong.
Can it work with my tool if it's not on your list?
If your tool has an API or exports data, almost certainly yes. Send me a link to its documentation and I'll confirm before you order.
Do I get the code?
Yes, for automation projects the code is yours. It runs on your infrastructure and you're free to modify it or have someone else maintain it.
