I will design a thoughtful journal, workbook, or planner

About this gig
You already have the idea, the content, maybe even a folder full of inspiration. Now it needs to become a journal that feels like a real, cohesive product.
And yes, it should look beautiful too.
The magic is in figuring out how all the pieces come together: the right amount of white space, natural writing space, clear hierarchy, good rhythm, and enough variation to keep things interesting without feeling chaotic.
That's where I come in. We'll start with the big picture: the concept, visual direction and editorial system. Then we'll turn your content into pages that feel cohesive from the cover to the very last page.
I've spent 7+ years creating and selling physical stationery products through a brand I built from the ground up, so I naturally think about what happens beyond the screen too: printing, binding, production and how the finished product will feel in someone's hands.
Whether you're creating a guided journal, wellness or travel journal, planner, workbook, or something completely your own, let's make it something people will genuinely want to use.
Have a bigger project in mind? Send it my way and we can figure out the scope together.

FAQ
What counts as a “unique page design”?
A unique page design is a substantially different page structure or composition. Small variations that reuse the established system, such as changing text or prompts, count as repeated pages.
What software do you work with?
I work with Adobe InDesign or Canva Pro, depending on your project and how you plan to use the final files. We’ll choose the best format before we begin.
What do you need from me to get started?
Ideally, your manuscript/content, blueprint or outline, and any brand assets or visual references. If your content is still evolving, that’s okay. We can establish the visual direction first and work from there.
Is the cover included?
Yes. All packages include a custom front cover designed to match the publication’s visual system. Back covers, full wraps and spine design can be added depending on the project.
Can you prepare my journal or workbook for printing?
Yes. I can prepare files for print-at-home or commercial printing. Commercial projects may require additional setup for binding, pagination, bleeds, margins and printer specifications depending on the project.
Can you design a large or complex journal?
Yes. If your project goes beyond the scope of the packages, send me the details. I’ll look at the content, complexity and number of unique designs and create a custom offer that fits the project.
Can you work with an existing brand or visual identity?
Absolutely. I can work from an existing brand, or develop a visual direction from scratch. Either way, I’ll create a clear system so the publication feels intentional and cohesive from beginning to end.
Why don’t your packages charge by every individual page?
Because a 100-page journal doesn’t need 100 different designs. I build a thoughtful system of unique page designs that can repeat and evolve throughout the book. This keeps the publication cohesive, usable and visually interesting.
