I will expert metal 3d printing, dfam cad optimization, and alloy prototyping

About this gig
Are you looking to manufacture complex metal parts that traditional CNC milling or casting simply cannot handle? Youve come to the right place!
I offer professional Metal 3D Printing (DMLS/SLM) combined with secondary precision post-machining to produce fully functional, industrial grade metal components. From lightweight organic structures to custom mechanical housings, I deliver end use parts ready for rigorous real world testing.
Materials Available
- Stainless Steel (316L / 17-4PH): High strength, excellent corrosion resistance.
- Aluminum Alloy (AlSi10Mg): Lightweight, excellent thermal conductivity.
- Titanium (Ti64 Grade 5): Extreme strength-to-weight ratio for aerospace/medical.
- Inconel & Tool Steel:
What I Offer:
- DfAM Optimization: Mesh repair, thermal stress reduction, overhang adjustment, and print orientationA
- Direct Metal Printing: Complex internal geometries, lightweighting, and custom functional components
- Post Processing & Finishing: Support removal, surface smoothing, stress relief heat treatment
Note: Because every custom metal component varies in weight, volume, and post-machining requirements, please contact me before placing an order.

FAQ
What file formats do you accept for CAD analysis and printing?
I accept .STEP, .STP, .IGES, .X_T, and high-resolution .STL files. For manufacturing, STEP files are preferred to allow proper post-machining setups.
Why do I need the Basic Package (File Optimization/DfAM) first?
Metal 3D printing involves high thermal stress that can warp unoptimized parts. DfAM ensures proper wall thicknesses, minimal support structures, and correct orientation to prevent print failures and save you material costs
Can metal 3D printed parts have smooth surfaces and precise screw threads?
Yes! While raw metal prints have a slightly textured finish, my Premium service includes CNC post-machining to mill critical surfaces flat, tap threads, and achieve tight tolerances (up to ±0.05mm).
Are metal 3D printed parts as strong as solid billet metal?
Yes, when properly sintered/melted (DMLS/SLM) and heat-treated, parts achieve over 99.5% density, yielding mechanical properties comparable to and sometimes exceeding traditionally cast or machined alloys.
How do I get an accurate cost quote for my physical print?
Simply send me your 3D CAD model along with your material choice, required quantity, and any post-machining needs (e.g., threaded holes). I will analyze the part volume and provide a custom quote.
