What types of website testing and QA testing do you offer?
I do manual QA testing covering functional, usability, regression and smoke checks. I test forms, login, checkout, navigation, links and mobile responsiveness on websites, web apps and SaaS platforms.
Do you test mobile apps on both Android and iOS?
Yes. Mobile app testing for Android and iOS is included in the Premium package. For Basic and Standard, tell me which platform you want covered before ordering and I will confirm.
What will I receive after the test?
You get a clear bug report with steps to reproduce each issue, screenshots and severity levels. Standard and Premium also include screen recordings, usability and UX findings and a fix priority list.
. Do I need to give you access or login details?
Only if your product has a login area. Send test credentials, never your real admin or customer accounts. For mobile apps, send a TestFlight link, APK or store link.
How long does testing take?
Basic is delivered in 1 day, Standard in 3 days and Premium in 5 days. For larger products, message me first and I will confirm the timeline.
Do you offer a free re-test after I fix the bugs?
Yes. Standard and Premium include a free re-test to confirm the fixes work. Re-testing needs to be requested within the delivery window of the order.
Is my project kept confidential?
Yes. Everything you share stays private, and I will sign an NDA on request. I only use your project for testing and never share or reuse it.
