This service can cover a broken page, PHP error, form problem or small code issue. Please send the symptoms, steps to reproduce and any recent changes before ordering.
Basic covers one reviewed small issue. Standard covers up to two reviewed related issues in one website. Premium covers one larger issue with a written scope and acceptance criteria. The number of issues alone does not determine complexity; I will assess the work first.
I will implement the agreed fix, check the relevant behavior and explain what changed. Problems involving third-party services or unsupported software may need a custom offer or the provider's assistance.
This Gig covers the agreed issue only. New features, redesigns, malware cleanup and guaranteed speed or SEO scores are outside these packages. Please have a current backup available; staging is preferred when possible.

Can you fix any problem for the Basic price?
Basic covers one small issue that I have reviewed and accepted. Please send the symptoms and steps to reproduce before ordering. Complex problems may require Standard, Premium or a custom offer.
What do you need before work begins?
A clear problem description, steps to reproduce, relevant errors with secrets removed, recent changes and the necessary temporary project access. Please have a current backup. A staging environment is preferred when available.
Are new features or third-party service changes included?
No. New functionality and redesigns need a separate quote. If a problem comes from a third-party service, I will explain what can be changed in your website; the service provider may need to resolve its part.
