 Reverse Engineering team lead, developed different pumps and automotive worn out parts using 3D scanning and 3D printing.  Product development and standardization of pumps using configuration management.  Mater Data Management (MDM) activities including material data management in ERP system (SAP HANA PP Module).  Digital pattern manufacturing.  Quality inspection of developed parts using digital inspection.  Expertise in Metrology using conventional tools, Faro Laser tracker and Creaform Laser scanner.  Creation of Bill of Material (BOM) for all variants, resulting in the reduction of the product lead time.  Production material routing for manufacturing using SAP PP module.  Identification of casting defects in foundry and surfaced simulation results using MAGMA which helped in lower rejection rate in production of Steel and Cast iron parts.  Development of NFPA-20 compliant Fire Fighting Unit (FFU).
