What access do you need from me?
After you place the order, I need the project or repository access required to diagnose and fix the agreed scope. Where supported, collaborator or team access is preferred over sharing passwords, and you should only provide the minimum access needed.
How do you handle my credentials and sensitive information?
Please do not send passwords, API keys, secret keys, or other sensitive credentials unless they are specifically required for the agreed work. When credentials are needed, use the platform's supported access or secret-management features where possible, and never include private keys in public code
What if my problem is bigger than the package I selected?
I will work within the scope of the package you ordered and identify when the issue requires additional work. Larger fixes, migrations, multiple unrelated problems, or work beyond Premium can be handled through an appropriate custom quote before that additional scope is started.
How many revisions do I get?
Each package includes a defined number of revisions, as shown in the package details. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed scope, while new bugs, features, integrations, or unrelated problems may require additional scope.
Will I own the code and changes after the order?
The work is performed on your existing project, so the delivered fixes and changes remain part of your project. I do not require you to rebuild the app under a separate system just to receive the agreed work.
