Stop retyping invoices. I build a pipeline that reads PDF and photo invoices or receipts, pulls supplier, date, totals, VAT and line items, and writes them to Excel, JSON or your system, with a check step for low-confidence fields. Based on the invoice product I run in Portugal.

PDF invoices and receipts, plus photos or scans of them. Clean PDFs work best. Fields the pipeline is unsure about go to a check step, so they are reviewed instead of guessed.
Where does the extracted data go?
Into an Excel file or JSON. With the Standard and Premium packages it can also go straight into your database or accounting tool. Premium adds an upload form and a review screen.
