I will build a custom HTML PHP website with a simple admin panel

About this gig
Need a clean, affordable website without a bulky CMS?
I will build a responsive business or informational website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP, with a password-protected admin area for agreed content and blog posts.
STARTER: up to 5 pages.
GROWTH: up to 7 pages plus upload of 5 completed posts supplied by you.
COMPLETE: up to 10 pages plus upload of 10 completed posts supplied by you.
Every package includes:
- Mobile-friendly layout
- Contact form
- Basic on-page SEO setup
- One-user admin login for agreed content
- Clean source files
- One installation on compatible PHP/MySQL hosting
Custom HTML and PHP can be leaner, faster and easier to tailor than a plugin-heavy WordPress setup, with fewer plugin dependencies and updates. It is not always better: WordPress may suit buyers who need its page builder or plugin ecosystem. This Gig is for a focused custom-coded site.
Scope covers one business, one language and one design direction. Shops, payments, bookings, memberships, multi-user roles, custom APIs, advanced dashboards, copywriting, branding and maintenance require a separate quote.
Please message me before ordering if you need custom functionality.

FAQ
Why choose HTML and PHP instead of WordPress?
A custom HTML and PHP site can be lightweight, fast and tailored without relying on many plugins. WordPress may be better if you need its visual builder or plugin ecosystem.
What can I edit through the admin panel?
You can edit the fields agreed before work begins, such as page text, selected images and blog posts. It is a lightweight one-user admin area, not a drag-and-drop page builder.
Do you write the website content or blog posts?
No. Please supply final page copy, licensed images and completed articles. I will format and upload the number of posts included in your package.
What counts as a page or blog post?
A page is one unique public URL, such as Home, About or Contact. A post is one supplied article using the shared blog layout. Legal-policy pages count toward the page allowance.
What is not included?
Online shops, payments, bookings, memberships, multi-user roles, advanced dashboards, third-party APIs, copywriting, branding, hosting fees and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless separately quoted.
