Can you speed up my Wordpress site?
Virtually all customers have some room for improvement. The worse your site currently performs, the more work is required to fix it. You can't always expect to go from a F rating to A rating, but going from a C to an A or B is typical.
What access do you need?
While this project is started, admin Wordpress access is needed along with access to your web hosting control panel. If you want, you can setup temporary passwords for these until the work is completed.
