Which AI models can the bot use?
ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude and Gemini. I will suggest the best fit for your budget and use case.
Who pays for the AI usage?
You do, on your own API key. For a small business it is usually a few dollars per month. There is no monthly fee to me.
Can the bot answer from my own documents?
Yes. Business and Enterprise bots use your documents, FAQs and product info as a knowledge base to answer customers.
Can you fix or extend my existing bot?
