About this gig
Got a song or tune you really want to play on banjo? This is for you! I am a very experienced arranger of music for clawhammer banjo having performed a massive range of music including Scottish and Irish tunes, bluegrass, blues, jazz, Indian classical and even Bach!
I will write you a tab which I can tailor to your level of playing and then you have the option to get a video tutorial to accompany tab or the premium tier gives you a one-to-one lesson with me where we can really make sure you understand the arrangement!

I am an experienced professional banjo player, singer and guitarist. I have toured the world performing and teaching with tours of the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India and throughout Europe. I also have five solo albums alongside my work with the Urban Folk Quartet and in various other line ups. I have also performed on stage or in the studio with the likes of Imelda May, Ward Thomas, the Levellers, Joss Stone and Seth Lakeman. I am also one of very few non-Americans to teach at the top American banjo camps.
FAQ
Will you arrange any music for clawhammer banjo?
Basically yes! I've arranged everything from Bach to Indian classical pieces to folk tunes from all over the world to Greenday! Obviously if the piece is an hour long classical concerto that might be a little tricky...but we'll sort something out for sure!
Do you write for bluegrass banjo or tenor banjo as well?
Afraid not - I am a clawhammer player first and foremost and think you'd be better off contacting someone more qualified than me in three-finger or tenor playing.
I'm pretty much still a beginner, is that ok?
I can happily tailor the arrangement to the level you're at.

If you need help with any song give Dan the job! He did a exceptional job writing a tab and video tutorial of a song with only a low quality video of someone busking on the street for reference amazing work and got it 3 days early :)
