- Built production AI voice agents for a Ford dealership on Vapi — a FastAPI tool/webhook layer that verifies callers in Tekion DMS, creates or updates customer profiles, runs warranty/recall checks, books/reschedules/cancels service appointments, supports live human transfer via RingCentral, and logs full end-of-call reports (transcript, recording, cost, summary) with appointment email alerts. - Shipped the dealership ops dashboard (React + TypeScript + Vite): auth with role-based admin access, live/historical call records with issue analysis, deals management, call-forwarding controls, notification email settings, and analytics widgets for call volume, escalations, and appointment activity — wired to the same backend the agents use. - Built a subcontractor onboarding and Contract OS for a mechanical contracting firm (FastAPI + PostgreSQL + Docker): vendor intake and compliance doc upload, Master Subcontractor Agreement generation, DocuSign envelope send/webhook completion flow, and an AI contract-compare pipeline that embeds clauses and diffs vendor markups against the original MSA.
