I automate recurring reports: sales by salesperson, expenses by category, hours by employee and similar summaries.
I map columns by header name, so a new column usually won't break the report. A SUMIFS sanity check lets you verify key totals yourself.

FAQ
What does a revision cover?
Revisions cover corrections to the agreed report. New reports, new source structures, new business rules, or added features are outside the original scope and will be quoted separately.
What does the 30-day bug-fix warranty cover?
It covers the automation if it stops working with the agreed source structure. It does not cover new columns with different meanings, changed workflows, new reports, or new business rules.
What do you need from me?
Please send a copy of your sheet with 30 to 200 sample rows, real headers, the messiest examples, and one sentence explaining what the report should answer. Also tell me how new data enters the sheet.
Can you work with a company Google Workspace account?
Yes. If this is a company-managed Google Workspace account, tell me if Apps Script is restricted by your administrator. If scripts are blocked, I may need to adjust the delivery plan.
Can you handle very large datasets?
Possibly, but I review large datasets before promising scope or speed. Please message me first with the row count, number of source tabs, formulas, and expected output. For reference: in my 500-row demo, the report-generation step takes about 3 seconds.
What data can you work with?
Google Sheets with one header row works best. Excel files are fine once converted to Google Sheets (VBA macros don't carry over). Source tabs must live in the same spreadsheet. Limits: Basic 5,000 rows, Standard 20,000, Premium 20,000 in total. Bigger or mixed sources: message me first.
What do "simple cleaning", "metric" and "report view" mean?
Simple cleaning: I trim spaces, merge case differences (Mike/mike), skip blank rows and turn "$1,200" into numbers. Unfixable rows show in the sanity check and, from Standard up, on the Problems tab. A metric is one sum, count or average of a column. A report view is one summary table.
What exactly will you deliver?
I deliver the working Google Sheet automation inside your spreadsheet, the agreed report output, a How-to tab, and the included validation or Problems tab where applicable.
Do you need my Google password?
No. Never send me your Google password. I design the automation to work inside your spreadsheet and only use the access needed for the agreed task.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Sometimes. Rush delivery depends on scope and my current queue. Message me before ordering with your deadline and sample sheet, and I will confirm whether an expedited custom offer is possible.
