What counts as "one formula"?
One formula counts as one, even if it's filled down a column. If the problem also involves other formulas, those count separately. Message me if you're unsure which package fits.
What if the problem can't be fixed?
If you're unsure whether the problem is fixable, message me before ordering. I'll check the details and tell you whether it fits this gig. If we discover a blocker after an order starts, I'll explain it clearly and we'll resolve the order through Fiverr's official process.
Do you need my Google password?
No. Make a copy of your sheet using File > Make a copy, replace private data with sample data, and share the editable copy with me. I won't change your original.
Can you fix Excel files too?
This service is for Google Sheets. If you're happy to move your Excel data into Google Sheets, message me first to check compatibility. VBA, Office Scripts, and Power Query aren't covered.
What do you need from me to start?
A link to an editable copy with the problem intact (don't fix anything first), what should happen vs what happens now, and when it last worked. For trigger problems, also screenshots of the Triggers and Executions pages. Swap private data for fake data.
What does a revision cover?
Revisions cover corrections to the agreed fix. New bugs, new features, rewritten logic, or changes to what the sheet should do are outside the original scope and will be quoted separately.
What does the 14-day support cover?
If the exact same bug comes back within 14 days under the same conditions, message me and I'll fix it again free.
My script times out / runs too slow. Can you fix that?
Often yes — usually it's reading cell by cell instead of in batches. Send me the script and a sample sheet; I'll tell you honestly whether it's a quick fix or needs a rewrite, and quote accordingly.
Can you work with a company Workspace account?
Yes, if your company's sharing and Apps Script settings allow it. Please check with your administrator first. A copy containing sample data is usually the best starting point.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Faster delivery may be available for Standard and Premium at checkout. If you're working toward a firm deadline, message me before ordering so I can confirm availability.
