About this Gig
Most tools guess when an invoice is unclear. I don't.
Send me your invoice PDFs or scans: you get one clean Excel/CSV file, and every doubtful value is flagged with the reason, then checked by hand.
WHAT YOU GET
- One row per invoice: number, date, supplier, currency, net, tax, total, due date
- Dates in ISO format, numbers as real numbers, source file on every row
- A validation report: net + tax vs total, possible duplicates, missing fields
- A To Review list: every unclear value is flagged with the reason. Nothing is guessed.
- Premium: line items (description, qty, unit price, amount, page)
GOOD TO KNOW
- English and French invoices; USD, EUR, GBP, CHF and other currencies
- Handwritten invoices are not accepted. Illegible values are flagged, not invented
- AI-assisted workflow (Anthropic's Claude, configured so your files are not used for AI training), checked by me
- My working copies are deleted within 7 days of delivery. Files uploaded to Fiverr stay in your order under Fiverr's policy
- Please don't send health records, ID documents or full card numbers

Do you use AI?
Yes. I use an AI-assisted workflow with Claude, configured so your files are not used for AI training, plus my own review of flagged values.
What if a value is unreadable?
It stays empty and appears in the To Review list with the reason. I never guess.
Do you do bookkeeping or categorise expenses?
No. I provide data extraction and validation only.
Do you accept scanned invoices?
Yes, if they are printed and readable. Very poor scans and handwritten invoices are not included.
Do I need to message you before ordering?
No. Place the order and answer the required questions. Contact me first only for unusual documents or volumes outside the packages.
