What do you need to start the project?
Please provide a sketch, PDF, image or reference, along with dimensions (if available) and clear instructions.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive high-quality PDF and/or JPG files. Source file (.DWG) is available as an extra.
Do you provide 3D models or renderings?
No. This gig is only for 2D AutoCAD drawings (plans, sections and elevations).
What is included in a revision?
Revisions include minor changes such as small adjustments in dimensions, labels or annotations. Revisions do not include redesign, new drawings, or major changes to the original scope. Each package includes a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes, revisions can be requested while the order is active and within the number of revisions included in your package. After the order is completed, additional changes may require a new order or extra purchase.
What is considered a “new drawing”?
Any additional plan, section or elevation not included in the original order is considered a new drawing.
Do you include layout sheets (presentation sheets)?
Yes, only in Standard and Premium packages.
Can you work with hand sketches?
Yes, I can convert hand sketches, PDFs or images into clean AutoCAD drawings.
What happens if my project is larger than the package limit?
