FAQ
Do you need access to my server?
Yes. For install or fixes I need cPanel/hosting login or SSH access, plus your Moodle admin login if the site already exists. I only touch what the job requires and I send you a written list of every change I make.
My Moodle is broken. Can you fix it before we talk packages?
Send me the exact error message and your Moodle version and I'll tell you what's wrong and how long it takes, free. If it's a 10-minute fix I'll say so instead of selling you a big package.
Do you work with Moodle Workplace or other LMS platforms?
Yes to Moodle Workplace, Totara and standard Moodle. I also handle WordPress LMS setups (LearnDash, Tutor LMS). Message me with your platform and version before ordering.
Can you build the LMS in Arabic?
Yes. I'm a native Arabic speaker and I build bilingual Arabic/English interfaces with proper RTL layout, not machine-translated themes. Arabic setup is included in Premium or as an extra.
What if I don't have hosting yet?
I'll recommend hosting that fits your student numbers and budget, then deploy there. Hosting cost is paid directly by you to the provider, it's not included in the package price.
