A survey helps a lot, but if you don't have one, send me your lot dimensions, address, or any reference photos/sketches — I can work from those too.
Can you make the site plan permit-ready?
Yes, for an additional detail level (see my Premium package). Note: I'm not a licensed surveyor/engineer, so always confirm with your local permit office on stamping requirements.
What file formats will I receive?
PDF and JPG for viewing/printing, plus DWG on request for anyone who needs to edit the file in AutoCAD.
How many revisions do I get?
This depends on your package — check the package details, or message me if you need extra revisions.
Can you include landscaping or drainage details?
