Is there a monthly fee?
Not from me. You pay your AI provider for usage, usually a few dollars a month for a small site. I set a usage cap so a busy day cannot surprise you.
Will the chatbot make things up?
It is told to answer only from your content and to say when it does not know, then offer contact. No AI is perfect, so I test it with your real questions before launch.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
Yes. Standard answers product questions from your catalogue. Premium adds order status lookup for verified customers.
Can it reply in other languages?
Yes. It replies in the visitor's language even if your content is in English.
Where are the chats stored?
On your own WordPress site, not on my servers. I can add a consent notice and a way to delete chat history.
