They were late and the final product was just kind of meh. The requested changes on the sketch stages were never reflected in the final delivery after coloring either. The initial order was supposed to be a 12 day delivery. I didn't even get a sketch until day 8. I sent them a few messages asking for...

While the art on their profile is impressive, and they are very friendly, I have to take points away for the lack of communication and the repeated delays. They said it was just 1 day away 2 times, and while I understand that something shit happens and you need more time, I'd rather just be told that than lied to.
