I clean Excel or CSV files, remove approved duplicates and return an organized file plus an issue log.
Every package:

Starter: 100 rows, 2 days, 1 revision.
Standard: 1,500 rows plus a change log.

Gallery demos show custom-scope work, including the 49,500-row CSV and 39-sheet workbook. These sizes are not included in listed packages.

What counts as a row or record?
One source row below the header, including duplicates, counts as one item. Every package covers one file, one sheet and up to 15 columns.
How are duplicates identified?
I remove full-row exact duplicates or use the identifying columns you approve. Unsure which rule to use? I can recommend one for approval. Similar names alone are not enough to merge records; conflicts stay visible for review.
Will you fill in missing details?
Only when your supplied rules or reference data establish the correct value. Otherwise I preserve the source and flag the issue. I do not guess email domains, phone numbers or dates.
What do I receive?
One cleaned XLSX or CSV plus an issue log. Standard/Premium include a change log. Premium adds a summary and XLSX formatting. Your original is retained. CSV does not preserve workbook styling or formulas.
What does a revision cover?
Corrections needed to meet the original requirements. New source files, extra records or changed rules require a separate quote.
Must I message before ordering?
Order directly if your file fits the package and the rules are clear. Otherwise send a sample through Fiverr; I can recommend rules for approval. More than 15 columns, multiple sheets, formulas, macros or larger files need a scope review.
Can you preserve formulas and IDs?
Leading-zero IDs are kept as text. Formula-heavy files, macros, merged cells and protected workbooks need review before ordering. I will confirm which workbook features can be preserved.
Can you process more than 5,000 rows?
Send a representative sample through Fiverr for a custom quote on larger datasets, multiple files or joins.
Do the gallery demos match the listed package limits?
The 49,500-row CSV and 39-sheet workbook are custom-scope demos. Listed packages cover one sheet: 100, 1,500 or 5,000 source rows, up to 15 columns. Send a sample for a separate quote on larger files or multiple sheets.
What does the 65/100 in the sample PDF mean?
The demo's 65/100 describes remaining data health: 15,243 unclear source values were preserved for review. It is not a grade for my delivery. The cleanup retained the original, protected IDs and documented changes instead of inventing missing answers.
