Tokapay — Android E-Wallet App Android Developer | Whale Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. | July 2023 – December 2024 I led the Android architecture and development of Tokapay, an e-wallet built for the Mexican market. The app supported account balances, QR payments, transfers, virtual and physical cards, and KYC/KYB onboarding. I organized the codebase into 15 independently buildable modules and developed more than 10 reusable components. I also worked on SSL pinning, key management, OTP and biometric verification, and app hardening. Alongside backend API integration, I supported Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics, Jenkins build automation, and the app’s Google Play release. Tech stack: Kotlin, MVVM, Coroutines, Retrofit, OkHttp, Room, Firebase, Jenkins.
