I will develop a windows grocery store pos system with mobile app

About this gig
Running a grocery store with a notebook, an old billing software, or three
disconnected apps? I build a complete Point-of-Sale ecosystem that actually
fits how a grocery store works one till app for the counter, one mobile
app for the owner, and clean data that never gets mixed up between stores.

FAQ
What tech stack do you use?
Windows POS app in C# (.NET, WPF/WinForms) with SQL Server or SQLite for local + cloud sync. Mobile app in Flutter (single codebase for Android & iOS). Backend/API in Node.js or FastAPI, with Firebase or a REST API for real-time sync between the counter and the mobile app.
Can it work without internet at the store counter?
Yes — billing, barcode scanning, and inventory work fully offline on the Windows app. Once internet is back, sales sync to the mobile app and cloud reports automatically.
I already have a barcode scanner / thermal printer / POS terminal. Will it work?
Most USB/Bluetooth barcode scanners and ESC/POS thermal printers work out of the box. For a specific POS terminal (card machine) integration, message me the model first — terminal APIs vary by provider (PayTM, Pine Labs, Ezetap, etc.) and this affects scope/price.
Can I add more stores later?
Yes, the Premium package is built for it — each new store is just a new isolated account, no re-architecture needed.
Do I own the source code?
Yes, full source code is handed over on final delivery, no licensing lock-in.
What do you need from me to start?
A list of your product categories, staff roles, your printer/scanner models if you already own them, and your GST/tax setup for the invoice format.
