I am knowledgeable in Shopify; I can make an order, changing and canceling an order, make replacement and refund orders. Also, I can work on emails and chat support. I can satisfy the customer and could contribute to the growth of the company. My last job is being customer support in a body-building company, wherein I answer live chat inquiries and providing solutions to their concerns through emails. I also learned how to process orders and refund them through Shopify or to the secure gateway, tracking their orders, analyzing their problems, and giving them the best customer service.
