Yes, I can support remotely for any client anywhere in the world and onsite support currently limited to NY, NJ and CT in the USA.
Can you offer over the phone IT support?
Yes, for jobs which needed physical attendance such as connect cables, devices or if you are not near computer. I DO NOT provide any desktop support or guide throughs over the phone where the remote desktop is possible.
