With 20+ years as a CEO, Business Consultant and Mentor on the Gov Exec Management Program, I have taken founders from an idea on paper through to a business that runs.

What do I get in writing?
Basic: written meeting notes with recommendations on the questions you raised. Standard: a full Launch Roadmap as a PDF, plus the meeting notes. Premium: the same, plus notes from each of the five sessions. Everything is documented, so you are not working from memory.
I'd like to discuss whether my new business idea is worth pursuing. Is that okay?
Yes. My strength is seeing the bigger picture and spotting where the scale is, and I will be straight with you about what does not hold up. You will come away with a clear understanding of your next steps.
How will a Launch Roadmap help my business ideas succeed?
Because most things fail on sequence, not on the idea. The Roadmap sets out what to do in what order, so you stop doing everything at once and start moving. You will know what comes next week, next month and next quarter, and why in that order.
What stage should my business be at for our session to be useful?
Any stage. Whether you are still shaping the idea or already trading and stuck, I tailor the session to where you actually are. You leave with practical steps you can start on, not a theory session.
What kind of questions can I bring to our session?
Anything you are stuck on. Fine-tuning the idea, understanding your market, or working through operations, branding, online presence, product development, marketing and sales, pricing, or AI tools. Bring the messy questions, I love untangling them!
Can you provide ongoing business support?
Yes, and I enjoy it. I can work with you ad-hoc, or join your team as a Fractional COO or Project Manager. Message me and we can work out what fits.
What happens if I miss our Zoom meeting?
I hold the time for you, so a missed session cannot be given back and the order will be completed. If something comes up, message me before the call and we will sort it out.
