Is this one-time or ongoing?
Ongoing weekly monitoring for the order period in your package (4 reports on Basic/Standard; 8 on Premium).
What do I need to provide?
Your Shopify URL (optional) + competitor Shopify URL(s) matching the package (1 / 3 / 5).
What formats do I get?
CSV/Excel + a short PDF brief every delivery cycle.
How do price-drop alerts work?
On Standard/Premium, at each scrape cycle, if a tracked item’s price falls more than 5% vs the previous snapshot, you get an email digest (not real-time).
Do revisions change the scraped data?
No. Revisions (Standard/Premium) are for report formatting and clarifications only — not redefining the dataset mid-cycle. Basic includes minor formatting adjustments only.
Do you need my Shopify admin login?
No. Public storefront data only.
What if competitors block scraping?
If more than half of the requested competitors block scraping, we’ll swap URLs — or refund the affected portion of the order.
