Do I need to give you my Microsoft password?
No, never. For simple flows, I can build them in my environment and send you a "zip" file to import. For complex flows, we can use a screen-sharing session (like Zoom or Teams) where I guide you, or you can grant me "Guest" access to a specific SharePoint folder.
Do I need a special license for Power Automate?
Most Office 365 Business accounts (Standard/Basic) already include Power Automate for standard connectors (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams). If your request requires "Premium" connectors (like SQL or HTTP requests), I will let you know before we start.
What happens if the automation breaks after the order is finished?
I design flows with error handling to prevent this. However, I provide 7 days of support after delivery to fix any bugs. If a password changes or an API updates later, I can help fix it via a maintenance order.
Can you connect to non-Microsoft apps (like Trello, Slack, or Google Sheets)?
