Need a personal shopper or package forwarding from Romania?
I'm Roxana, based in Romania and I offer package forwarding & shopping assistance. I can help you receive and forward any legal product, such as books, sweets, clothing, gifts, souvenirs, documents and more.
What I offer:
- Receiving packages at my address in Romania
- Secure handling and forwarding worldwide
- Photos of the received items
- Assistance with Romanian delivery details
- Consolidation of multiple packages (Premium package)
How it works:
1️ You order the product and I help with delivery details to ship it correctly to my address.
2️ The store ships the package to me.
3️ I receive it, check it, take photos, and prepare it for pickup.
4️ You arrange the courier pickup and pay shipping directly.
Shipping Info:
- Shipping cost is not included.
- For most EU shipments, buyers book and pay the courier (GLS/ DHL etc.).
- For non-EU or destinations without online booking, I can organize shipping and the cost will be added to the Fiverr order.
Please note: Fiverr applies a 20% service fee. Total cost may include my service fee, product cost (if I purchase it), and shipping (if I arrange it).

FAQ
How does the forwarding process work?
You order the product from a store and ship it to my address. I receive it, check it, take photos and prepare it for courier pickup. You then arrange the courier pickup and pay for the shipment directly.
Do you pay for international shipping?
No, buyers pay the courier directly.
Which courier should I use?
For most EU shipments, GLS is recommended (online booking, prepaid pickup).
Can you help me order from Romanian websites?
Yes, I can assist or complete the purchase if required (e.g., Vinted or stores needing a Romanian account).
Can you combine multiple packages?
Yes. Standard allows 2 packages; Premium allows up to 4 packages.
What if courier pickup is not available in my country?
I can arrange shipping myself and include the cost in the Fiverr order.
Can you purchase the product for me?
Yes, only if the store requires a Romanian account or payment. Cost must be included in Fiverr order.
What if I cannot complete the order myself?
If you cannot place the order due to store restrictions (account location, payment methods, etc.), I can assist or complete the purchase for you, following Fiverr order rules.
Are there extra fees or commissions?
Yes. Fiverr charges a 20% service fee. Total cost may include my service fee, product cost, and shipping.
