What you get for $100 (Basic): One issue, diagnosed and fixed, with a short note on what caused it. If it turns out the "one issue" is actually three unrelated issues, I'll tell you before doing extra work no surprise scope creep, no surprise invoice.
Why this is priced the way it is: I do a lot of NetSuite work for companies running full implementations, integrations, and ongoing admin support. This gig is deliberately priced low so I can show you the quality of that work on something small first, before you'd ever consider anything bigger.

Usually no. I'll ask for the minimum role/permissions needed for the specific issue. If a fix genuinely requires admin (e.g., certain script deployments), I'll explain why before you grant it.
What counts as "one issue"?
One broken behavior with one root cause. If diagnosis reveals it's actually two unrelated problems, I'll let you know and send a custom offer to cover the second one — I won't just do it and bill you after.
My problem is bigger than a single fix — ongoing support, a new module, an integration. Can you help?
Yes — message me with an overview and I'll either scope it as a larger Fiverr order (Standard/Premium, or a custom offer) or, for larger recurring engagements, let you know what working with DataOngoing directly looks like.
How fast is delivery?
Basic is 2 days. Most straightforward fixes are same-day once I have access and a clear repro.
What if the fix doesn't resolve it?
One revision is included on Basic. If it's still not resolved after that, it likely means the scope was bigger than initially described — I'll tell you plainly and offer next steps rather than stringing out revisions.
