What I need: a description of the current process, sample data/templates, and a role with permissions to build the customization.

Will this go straight into our production NetSuite account?
Yes, once tested and approved — unlike my demo gig, this is a real deliverable meant for actual use, not a sandbox proof. We'll agree on a review step before anything goes live.
What counts as "one process"?
One end-to-end legacy workflow with one clear before/after (e.g., "how purchase approvals happen today" → "how they'll happen in NetSuite"). If it turns out to be two independent processes, I'll flag it and send a custom offer rather than quietly expanding scope.
We're not sure NetSuite can actually replicate this process — should we start here?
No — start with my sandbox demo gig to prove feasibility cheaply first. This gig is for when you already know the shape of the solution and need it built for real.
Do you migrate our historical data too?
Historical data migration for a whole account is out of scope here — this gig covers the process/workflow itself. Bulk data migration is a separately scoped engagement.
What if the process changes requirements halfway through?
One revision is included on Basic to handle reasonable refinement. A genuine scope change gets a custom offer rather than being absorbed silently.
