What information do I need to provide to get started?
I will need access to your Wix account as Admin so I can review and fix the issues properly. All login details you share are handled with complete confidentiality and access is removed immediately after the work is completed.
What if you cannot fix my specific issue?
That is exactly why I ask you to message me before ordering. I will review your site first and let you know honestly whether your issue is something I can resolve before you place any order. I do not take on work I cannot complete.
Will fixing the issues affect my website content or design?
No. My focus is entirely on resolving the technical issues affecting your site. Your content, images, pages, and overall design will remain exactly as they are unless a specific change is discussed and agreed upon with you first.
My website looks fine on desktop but broken on mobile, can you fix that?
Yes. Mobile display and responsiveness issues are one of the most common Wix problems I work with. I will identify exactly what is causing the mobile display issue and fix it so your site looks and functions correctly across all screen sizes.
How long will the fixes take to complete?
Most single issues are resolved well within the delivery time stated for each package. For more complex or multiple issues I will keep you updated throughout the entire process so you always know exactly what is happening with your site.
Do you provide support after the fixes are delivered?
Yes. I provide 3 days of post-delivery support across all packages. If the same issue returns within that period as a direct result of the work completed I will investigate and resolve it promptly at no additional charge.
